How can I check to make sure I have purchased a yearbook?
Search your email for phrase: Jostens Order Confirmation # (Copy and Paste pink text as your email search)
If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please call 1-877-767-5217 and Press 1 to speak with a Jostens customer service representative. Once connected, please ask to verify your 2025 yearbook purchase. Jostens Customer service is available Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm EST.
Why did I receive a notification that I have not ordered a yearbook when I have an email confirmation from Jostens?
Should I use a specific web browser to create my Tribute Ad?
Yes. For best experience, please use Google Chrome for desktop/laptop.
I am able to upload images, but not place in the design. What now?
For best experience, please use Google Chrome browser as instructed above; not Safari, not MS Edge, not Firefox.
Can I change a Tribute Ad photo after I have purchased?
No. Tribute Ad photos are final once purchase has been completed.
When I try to place a photo, I receive a message that the image is not high enough resolution.
Images may be rejected for resolution if the orientation of the image does not match the design image. An image taken in vertical orientation (portrait) may not be high enough resolution to place in a horizontal orientation (Landscape) photo box.

Are there any specific file format and resolution requirements for designing a Senior Tribute Ad?
Yes, all images must be 300 DPI or greater to be included in your Tribute Ad. Low resolution images will be rejected by the designer portal. Please be sure all images for ad design are JPEG format, high resolution and not watermarked.
If I submit an image that appears blurry or pixelated on my phone or computer, how will it print?
Blurry or pixelated images (originals) used to design the ad will result in blurry and pixelated images when the ad is printed.
Will there be an extension or another opportunity if I miss the tribute ad or yearbook order deadline?
No.
My confirmation at checkout says my order will be shipped to my home. Will the ad be included in the yearbook?
Yes. All Tribute ads ordered via Jostens will be included in the yearbook and will not be sent to your home.
Is a yearbook included with in the purchase price of a Tribute Ad?
No. Yearbooks and Tribute Ads are sold separately.
Can I split the purchase of my yearbook or Tribute Ad into multiple payments?
Yes. Please choose J-Pay at checkout to select 3 payment Jpay option at checkout.

Why did I receive a notification that I have not ordered a yearbook when I have an email confirmation from Jostens?
- The parent name may have been entered at the time of purchase instead of a student name.
- The name at the time of ordering may have been transposed by the purchaser. *The First and Last name were entered in the wrong fields. Example: First and last Name of John Smith were entered by purchaser as Smith John.
- You may have ordered yearbooks for multiple students under the name of one student.
- You may have located a confirmation number from a previous year (Please verify month/year purchase date located in upper right of email confirmation.
- Your method payment may have been declined by your credit card company or accidentally disputed.
- You may have chosen the 3 payment option and one of the payments was declined by your credit card company.
- You may not have ordered a yearbook.
- If none of the bulleted items above apply, please CLICK HERE to contact the yearbook committee.
